Steeped in history and intrigue, this home has been lovingly maintained by one family since 1978. The more than 2 acres was pieced together by Mr. Silversteen in the 1930's just down the hill from his own mansion and bordering what used to be Franklin Lake. He gave the land to Mirium to build her home with her first husband, Albert Kyle, in the year 1940. He then sold it to Adelaide and Harvey Miller in 1978. Over the years, they strove to maintain the original intent of the home through updates and maintenance.
